With connection sizes spanning from Ø15mm to Ø500mm and accommodating a liquid flow range of 50L/hour to 2000 m3/hour, Atecpool ensures comprehensive coverage.Plate Configuration The design of the inlet section ensures an impeccable distribution of liquids across the heating surface. Enhanced by grooves, the expanded inlet part averts the formation of “dead spots,” which could potentially foster bacterial growth within the plate heat exchanger. By integrating grooves in the inlet, we establish a robust inlet segment with minimal contact points.Leakage prevention is prioritized through the construction of inlet parts equipped with a dedicated leakage drain zone, adhering to AAA specifications.Ingeniously engineered, our heat transfer plates feature a gap between plates of up to 11mm, varying depending on the plate type. This innovative design incorporates horizontal waves within the plate pressing, which eliminates “plate contact points” along the flow direction. As a result, the flow channels remain unobstructed, allowing the medium and particles to move freely, ensuring optimal flow dynamics.
