Filtration Kit for In-Ground Spas
Massage System, Filtration and Dosing of Chemicals
All the models in the In-Ground version possess the overflow gutter according to the European norms. The set up
of parameters used in the filtration system is consistent with the DIN 19643 standard. The water filtration system includes: an integral overflow gutter, equalization tank, circulation pump, sand filter, water heating and the disinfection system. In the In-Ground version, all hydromassage and filtration appliances, except for the filter, are installed on the palette 100 x 150cm, placed together with the equalizing tank and the filter in a separate room. In the hydromassage system two massage pumps 1,1 kW have been used; the air massage system includes high capacity, radial air blower 1,3 kW. The heating system is based on the heat exchanger and the disinfection system is the automatic system with its own dosing pumps and the electronic measure of pH and content of chlorine.

Requirements for a technical room assigned for equipment installation:
1. Distance of the room from the bathroom.
2. Level of the technical room.
3. Dimensions of the machine room.
4. Other utilities of the machine room.
It is recommended to install the accompanying equipment in a separate room, in the way assuring the easy access in order to make the conservation maintenance service (filter, working valves etc). The distance between the machine room and the bath should not exceed 10 m. The floor of machine room has to be below the level of water
in the spa (for better filtration and hydromassage). In this position the filtration pump and hydromassage pumps is flooded gravitationally.
• Spas for private use are provided with a standard pallet of dimensions of 100 x 150 cm. . Minimum dimensions of the machine room are 1.5 x 2.0 m, i.e. 3 m2
(if the equalising tank is to be installed in the machinery room, the room area should be increased minimum by 3,5 m2 )
• The public spas require sand filter, size to be selected upon volume and usage. The size of the palette on which all the equipment together with the control box (except for sand filter) is placed, is 100 x 150 cm. The minimal dimensions of the machinery room: 3 x 2,5 m, that is 7,5 m2 (in case of assembling the balance tank in the machine room, the room size should be increased minimum by 3,5 m2 )
