05Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for pool and wellness projects
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Resolve technical issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in swimming pool, MEP, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of pool systems (filtration, piping, waterproofing)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
UAE driving license (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Conduct product presentations and site visits

- Coordinate with design and project teams for execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or related field
5–7 years of sales experience in pools, HVAC, construction, or wellness industry - Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- UAE driving license (preferred)
